Wendi Lazar Leads Panel Presentation on U.S.-Canada Cross-Border Employment Issues

Cross-border matters are common in multinational law practices, but employment-related issues can be particularly challenging when countries have differing rules and regulations governing the employer-employee relationship.

C-Suite Strategies founder Wendi Lazar will lead a panel discussion during the fall 2025 meeting of the New York State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section – Across the U.S./Canada Border in 90 Minutes – on unique challenges in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
